The Antique Bergama carpet uses a basic dual medallion pattern which creates a geometric pattern with four palmetes and many niches. While the border simply contains a crossing diagonal line, the ruby red field is dominated by a large-scale interaction between coral blue and deep black. Internally the medallions fit red geometric patterns within the cross-based design. A fine addition to any collection.
