Description:
This gentle cream-colored Konya carpet uses the negative space of the field to hold aloft a beautiful hexagon of flowers. The border is filled with a fine green background and a spiral of pale pink and white flowers. The corners are angular and sharp, flanking the floral palmettes spiraling out of the medallion. The tan field pops off of the rest of the carpet, further uplifting the medallion, as it will for decades more.
