This vintage Konya uses the popular central medallion style, forming a central knot of gray with outward reaching spikes which hold orange blooms, six in total. The medallion is suspended above a sombre red field, encircled by serrated borders of white-blue which contain a repeating wavy image. The main border is intricate and colorful, repeating a larger wave pattern using triangular floral patterns.
